Aussiedistiller, Home Distilling, Moonshine, Home Brew

Hi all,
Has anyone tried fermenting Coconut chunks,flakes, shredded, milk etc? I think it would stink, but create an amazing flavour. Just worried it might be too fatty to ferment.
