How about putting this god awefull mess into a hand cranked honey extractor after wrapping it all in towels or linen/ muslin bags??? Ive seen them for sale at swap meets and flea markets for $50 -$60. Like a hand cranked centrifuge.

Well just been distress aging a bit of this to get an idea if its worth it or just cut it and bottle, yep its worth it some anyway Maybe 1/2 will be plum brandy aged in oak and 1/2 will be left as plum schnapps :handgestures-thumbupleft:
