Alright fellas,I've got all this to go into a 200l fermenter
I'll be giving the lowans a miss this time round and going for a wine yeast,what ever the local HBS has in stock.The SG of the AJ is around the 1.050 mark,do I boost it up to 1.060-1.070 or leave it alone and what nutrients does one think I should use :-B
