Just wondering if anyone has tried soaking (macerating ? ) fruits in say a %65 neutral ?
After my most recent spirit run Im looking at a couple of lt spare and Im thinking what would happen if i soaked a few of the Cherries in a jar of it for a while ?
Ive done Cheeries before in store bought brandy but not in a neutral . :think: :think: :think: :think:
