Basic 4000w SCR Build

Hey everyone,
I just finished a build using the 4000W SCR off ebay, a voltmeter and ammeter off ebay and a few other knick-knacks.
Took me a while due to ordering from overseas and working lately but I thought I'd put up some pictures for you all to check out.
I'm using the keg king 2200W heating element in a 50L keg boiler.
Using a 10A plug, male IEC (for the keg king element) and an extra grounding strap to connect to the keg.
Voltmeter and Ammeter are wired up on the output of the SCR so V*I will tell me the wattage being sent to the element
Orange cable is the input which goes straight to the SCR, SCR is wired to the voltmeter in parallel and ammeter in series, output of the ammeter goes to the black cable which is the output to the boiler, all earths are wires into a star in the bottom left of the image. Brown wiring goes to the potentiometer which controls current and voltage being sent to the output.

Thanks for reading my first post!
