As all of you know who have a glass fill port in your boiler to see inside during a run you need to hold a torch and i had a ponder...
Im far to lazy to hold a torch 8-}
Me being me i came up with an idea, most would ask what the hell did you bother! My answer to that is, because i can and i want too.
As you can see its very basic and easy to make, also cheap :handgestures-thumbupleft:
So with out further or doo i present the Illuminated chicken leg boiler
Enjoy :O)

Nice to see you finally did it rummy.
Is the copper led section sealed.. if so i suggest a small air vent to release hot air pressure or it may pop your seals (led/copper to glass) when hot. Removing the rubber seal in the cable gland if one is present may solve potential pressure build up.

Thanks fellas :D
Benny i wouldn't build one yet, i have yet to get several runs through it, because the leds might not like the temp much. I will keep all informed :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Meat i have some holes in the copper to stainless where i didnt flux well. It was a failure at the time but probably a unintentional savour :happy-partydance:
Wood its a brain fart that i bounced of a few heads first and glad its worked so far. :laughing-rolling:
I have some spare leds so im going to work on the column illumination since so many have talked about it and never pulled it off :cool:
Watch this space..
Cheers
