+1 on being in two bits as it will be heaps easier to clean but it will be a lot better to pack :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Nice one ,ya may want to spin ya valve around to the side or down, when she is all set up with the 1.6mt colomn and keg it may be aukward to adjust.unless you are a tall bastard.cheers hillzabilly :handgestures-thumbupleft:

If it's 3inch pipe and ya get 3inch ferrule's you may need to either expand the pipe to take the ferruls or use joining rings .I bought a three piece exhaust expander kit does up to 3.5inches cheapo ones but good enough for copper pipe .Joining rings available at most plumber supply places.cheers hillzabilly

FFFFFFFFFF --- Yeh :music-deathmetal: pleazed to be polishing her well befor the photo shoot ,maybe that swirl polishing would look cool ,foam pipe insulation over the top will reduce passive reflux on ya colomn, clark rubber have 1.5meter lenghts .and on the end of the colomn add a cross of 3mm rod to help retain packing.cheers hillzabilly

5Star copper mesh and some column insulation will really help :handgestures-thumbupleft:

If ya go with Macs packing it will be way cheaper than HBS ,for my 3inch rig I needed 7 rolls @ $26 bucks a roll you do the maths ,and the more you use copper packing the shorter its life (no copper packing will last as long as ssteel scrubbies)but ya get better spirit .cheers hillzabilly

Will a 1200mm packed section be plenty there will be the 2"-3" reducer to but thats packed with copper

Keg 520mm
2"-3" reducer 180mm
Red boka head 500mm
total height 1200mm (with out packed section)
