I don't think I will need mesh as there 10mm gap between coils and 310mm long if vapour gets pass it I running way to hard I was going to use a little bit of mesh at the top to help locate it tho :-D :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Thermo well for vapour temp probe made a bit of a cover to stop the refluxing liquid fluxuating the temperature, it's upside down in the photo just to see the probe in there
Also got my two kegs and starting to making a sub boiler :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Got the sump, kegs and drain preped also putting a 6 inch sight glass just below the collum output to keep and eye on the wash
Got a S/S junction box with lights and fittings for my element :happy-partydance:

6 inch sight glass just need to drill and tap holes for the countersunk bolts

Finished the sight glass had to drill and tap countersunk bolts and make a blue silicone gasket and weld pipe with a fish mouth :smile: :handgestures-thumbupleft:

So I decided to make a 4 inch fill port for my boiler that I will have off to the side so I can fill and assemble my collum at the same time :handgestures-thumbupleft:
