(2"- 3" reducer) -> (3" packed section) -> (2"- 3" reducer) -> (FSD 2" collector) -> (FSD 2" Boka condenser)

Would this effectively give me a 3" boka and the associated takeoff speed increase or would the 2" reductions restrict the still?

The issue would be the cooling coil , can it keep upto the extra speed if the 3” packed section .
