First Proper Run With New Bok

Just finished my first spirit run with my 2" Mcstill bok. Ran ~40L of TPW low wines and collected 12.5L at 95% temp corrected. I let the column equalise for an hour and bled the fores and heads slow, shut the valve for 15 mins, then started hearts collection. Collected hearts at 1.5L/hour and the temp stayed steady at 77.9 until the tails. Didnt go far into the tails, couldnt see the point.

I am absolutely stoked with the performance of the still, although i can see why many make the transition to 3" fairly quickly ;-)

Thanks again Mcstill, from yet another satisfied customer :handgestures-thumbupleft: :handgestures-thumbupleft:
