Out with the old and in with the new...The Big Prick is a go

Cleaning run done,found a few leaks so fixed them with flour paste :handgestures-thumbupleft:
Just cleaning it out and going to put in just over 100L of 40% sripped :D :D
Here is a pic of my old set up (2 inch VM on a 50L keg) for comparison :teasing-neener:

Out put is a tad quicker than the little 2" Vm
Just measured it and its that close to 10 litres an hour of 92 % it doest matter :scared-eek: :scared-eek: :handgestures-thumbupleft:
We do have a few small leaks still :angry-banghead:

we ran out off flour but it did control it till the end of the run I packed it with 2 copper mesh rolls at the top and 2 at the bottom and stainless scrubbers in the middle it worked a treat just got to fix the leak :music-deathmetal:

Nope lol,had to go and by more.We done a cleaning run and it didnt really leak but when it come to the spirit run,well lets just say it leaked a heap.
its packed with stainless scrubbers and copper mesh at the top and bottom of the column ;-)

Can see us only doing a couple of runs a year now with this big sucker
Here is what it put out in just over 4 hours
Most have around 600m and some have close to 2 litres in them.
56 bottles in total
