I would like to share some pics of a boka n boiler i have just built for someone


Lets start with the boiler

3 inch slant boka with 1m packed section
23cm pc
double helix coil
1/2 ss needle valve
T500 temp probe with lcd screen

Looks the goods Ben and I noticed the drain was arc welded, I reckon the recipient will be wrapped and the first tPW to be put thru will prove the goods. Well done mate.... :obscene-drinkingchug:

equipment: 4" copper bubbler with a setup for Neutral and a thumper for Whisky and my old 5 litre pot for doing maceration runs and MiniMe the baby pot still

It was all done with tig mate my cut was a bit ruff so there was alil creative filling needed the bloke whos gettin this is a turbo man im tryn to swing him the way of the tpw

He was using this up untill now

Thanks for that and yea time for me to get an argon botlle so I can get tiggin again in my off grid shed. Anyway mate come in for a chat as it will be good to catch up.

I brought a e size bottle of argon from total tools it was $500 but its mine no hire and its $150 to swap for a full one

Just keep an eye on the pressure test date on the cylinder if it expires they may not swap it.

Great work ben looks real good, what tickled my fancy was the great drain design 10/10 no need to raise boiler. :clap: :clap:

Yeah im real happy bout that.
the drain on my boiler is the same height as my element and its a real pain in the arse
Just finished the alc cleanin run and the bloke that its for supervised the run and collected he is very happy with the final result as am i.

I would like to thank this site and all who put into it for the ideas and problems helped solved :handgestures-thumbupleft:
