this thread is making me very keen to try a gin run! I will need to source some ingredients :)

Haha i just put a maceration of this down this morning. 4L works perfectly for my airstill.

4L of 40% neutral
56g Juniper
12 g Coriander
5 g Cassia
4g Orris Root
2.5g Lemon Myrtle

been checking out a few sites I can get the ingredients from. :shock: Pretty expensive to get started, but I guess once you have bought the minimum quantities, you will have enough stock to last quite a few batches. Does anyone know how long the juniper berries last for?

Per my post on the previous page date 21/2/21, i still have the same batch of juniper and it is still good. In fact i still have all the ingredients from my 1st batch and are fine.
