Mate of mine works as a forecaster for caltex in Brisbane, came up through the labs and his job requires him to work out what blends they can make from what they have and can predict will be needed to supply domestic and industrial markets. He's just one cog in a large operation that produces a large range of products. I think he'd disagree with you.
