What a great catch up

Postby Wellsy » Thu Oct 07, 2021 2:16 pm

Was lucky enough to share a coffee with Tacman earlier today. What a great guy with a wealth of experience in brewing that he will be bringing to his slant on the craft. One cup of coffee and an hour and a half later , they say time flies when you are having fun. . Trust your gut Tacman and follow your instincts and you will do well mate. You have a fantastic grasp on the hobby and will do well. Can’t wait to be able to extend the catch up range to include others.
Take a chance guys and meet up with those local to you, that is when this forum will truely explode, image in a couple of years having a handsantizers national conference with guest speakers from maltsters, and yeast producers down to small scale distillers. If that sounds good wait until the social evening when we all get together for a drink and a chat.
Dream on but one day it will happen

You know what?

It is people like you who will drive this hobby further and forward. I do not think there is a member of this forum who does not want to have a drink with you

Lol Fatman, that’s only because they have not met me lol.

Once lock downs are over and we can move around again we will arrange a meet up and lunch. We were almost there before lock down. We have a few Melbourne members and a few country ones so it may mean so travel but we will get there.

Nothing quite like a face to face catch up, shared drink, and stories
