My usual go too BWKO with a bit of rye.
I can’t believe the difference between 6 months old stuff and 2 year old stuff
Well worth the wait lol

Ice Cold homebrews in my shed :handgestures-thumbupleft: Todays job was grading the roads on the farm and saw the shed battery on 28 volts charging so threw on the fridge with the temp gauge sitting on 2 degrees :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Hadn't used my tractor this year and of course that subi battery was flt so grabbed one of my other batteries and it did take a bit to get it to crank over but got it going So the fun started did the road in 3 sections and used my merc to compress the road base :))

All good fun and after a hard days work time for a nice cold shed beer and yes it has taken years but finally got there :happy-partydance:

Cheers Bryan

Sipping on my angel yeast corn, malt and rye whiskey. It’s 2 years old and only just loosing its scorched or funky flavour. So much smoother than a sugar wash but not everyone can get over the taste the yeast leaves.

I've been drinking some 32% kale neutral lately. That's an odd % but it's the outcome of my first attempt at filtering. 45% went in and 32% came out.... I'm guessing the neutral displaced some of the water that I soaked the carbon in. It's actually pretty good.

The 2nd attempt went in at 45% and came out at 44%

Well finished the river job a couple of weeks ago and at same time my gal from the labour hire mob went on holidays so of course the office couldn't
organize a root in a brothel :laughing-rolling:

So been at home having fun in the shed where breakfast was dram of one of the brandies I had decanted, also found at the back of the demi's my sweet mash I did last year. Yea that single malt that just sets the day and that was same day Jeremiah and the the bullfrog's came from and yes I'm going back 10 years and getting back into electronics so I can build my own MTTP's and inverters :laughing-rolling:

So tonight with no homebrew left 5 for 25 of copper pale ale's and yes did bottle up that ferment of beer that got cold so put 5 star heat belt on and got the ferment finished

Oh and of course my hip flask.......

Cheers Bryan

Sipping on a yellow angel yeast BWKO.
It has 5aken 2 years before it lost the scorched taste for me but now it is so good thinking I might do a couple of big runs when I get back from holidays. Just put it on oak under the house for 2 years before even tasting it :)
