Hey all,

This is the "official" build log of our Distillery :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Part 1

Grain storage area (racking to come)

You even have a water tank above the dunny it can be your recirc system unless its too small :greetings-waveyellow:

50l keg boiler 4" still mount 4" sight glass 1" drain..
4 plate 4" bubbler, 600mm packed section

2" pot still for stripping runs.
FSD Neutraliser with 50 litre milk can boiler and gin caddy.

equipment: 5 plate 6" 5 Star Column Still with packed section on 200L handmade boiler, running 2 x 3600W elements and control panel.

Soon to be upgrading to 800L boiler and hopefully a larger 5 Star Still.

You will be up and running before you know it. I bet you and mac have spent many hours and nights on the phone working it all out. Gret to see it all come together

equipment: 4 plate 6" copper bubbler, 6 plate 4" glass bubbler with 500mm packed section three way thumper sitting on a 50 ltr keg boiler with 6000watts, 2" pot still and a 2" boka.
