I'd love to see a walk thru & interview of the team (perhaps Allan) while it's all in operation!

Looking very nice! Give me something to aim for with my shed!

Thanks for the nice comments all, but all the credit goes to Allan and Sue! Without 5 Star (products, advice & forum), our hobbies would never have a chance to evolve into a commercial Distillery. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I'm excited to see the finished works! And I do hope you can spare the time to do a walk thru once it's up and running... Awesome job!

How did you ever make your product before this??

All the boilers (1 x 2000L Still, 1 x 1000L Still and 1 x 2000L Mash Tun) are all powered by a Simons Steam Generator. It draws 556 amps per phase and can heat one 2000L in around 20 minutes. If I needed to heat all 3 it would do it under an hour.

The big orange thing in this picture. I get some shots of the inside and post them here as the elements are over the top :handgestures-thumbupleft:

556 amps should make smoke come off your electricity meter wheel and would empty my boiler in about 2 minutes.
