Forgot to mention,
Controlling the steam pressure (boiler power) is much like regulating a gas burner, very precise. This is a Pressure Reduction Valve (PRV) and drops the Generators pressure from 700 psi to 200 psi which is the rating of our steam jackets.
We can heat all 3, if required, at the same time or only one. Each boiler has an isolation valve which besides providing an on/off also provides another pressure control point.
