Im thinking athe coil has good surface area while not taking up much volume, the vapour speed is still slowed around the coil allowing it to cool the liquid more, being more efficent rather than passing past it fast. Like walking or running on a hot road, is it the slow speed or the fast speed one that transfers heat faster :handgestures-thumbupleft:
