I never leave the still unattended, i had the controllers lying around so decided to use them.
I fill up turn on then set up collection jars, chairs, music, clean up ect, and let the system do its job while keeping a check on what is happening
I don't think an alarm is required as you never leave it unattended and can't decide exactly what to do, there is a spare contact on the product censer if product is to hot "alarm" but this only covers one thing and so many different things could go wrong.
Added 2 X needle valves to control water flow to each condenser and 2 rota-meters for visual accurate water flow measurement.
Now the neutral is flowing its time to design the bubble plates.
