First Build Check 2.5" Stainless Gin

Hi
I've been designing my first reflux mainly for gin, based on some cheap 2nd hand 2.5" stainless pipe.
I'm trying to make the build as cheap as possible using weld fittings as I have a tig welder, combined with some tri-clamp ferrules so I can run in stripping and spirit configurations. I'd appreciate if someone could give me an idea about :
The Gin Basket length, given that its 2.5" diameter.
The condenser length, 2.5" with 8 x 12.7mm diameter copper pipes and
The main stuffed section which I'm guessing should be around 1500mm.
Also the reflux condencer which I have as 150mm double wound.

cheers

Possible alternative setup. I'm not sure what would work best.

First design would work fine pot for stripping then the rc to control vapour for changing baskets. I would run the stripped low wines through without the gin basket and do cuts then do run with botanicals. But others run from low wines to finished product..
As long as coil is long enough to achieve full reflux can't see benefit of deflag over coil or vice versa.. never wound a coil so can't comment further on that..

Thanks for the advice bluc. I thought a dephlegmator might make it faster but for now I'll go with reflux coil. I've been learning how to use the free program "Inkscape", hence the drawings, but those sanitary fittings really add up so it will probably mostly be welded, apart from one to mount to boiler, one to swivel product condenser and one to open gin basket.

It will work just fine.
The length of the coil depends on the power input.
A coil like this should be good for a 2 kW heating element.
You won't run the full 2 KW in a spirit run anyway.
