The boka does make great neutral, slow but great :))
You have a pot still right there. Remove the packing and run it with the output tap completely open. Strip it flat out then use a power controller to slow it down for a spirit run.

Heat is not a massive concern with a pot still. You might want a bit of height to allow you some time to stop a puke before if spurts out the condensor. 300mm or so? I would definitely have the glass section at the keg, then an extension and finally out to the PC.
