Hi guys. Currently have a 10L stockpot with a 1.5" boka, but am aiming bigger with a 50L keg a mate gave me, with a 1.5m packed 3" column with removable boka atop.
Looking to make Scotch and Irish style whiskys and will be experimenting with different gin recipes for a commercial operation.
Looking forward to going through the many recipes posted for barley based whiskys. Never used grain before so am excited to see what I can make!
