Well I did my spirit on the banana rum, not sure if I was tripping on the fumes but for mine, the hints of banana started from the get go and right through the heads fading out through the hearts and then a non descript faint fruity? hints into the tails down to 60% by 50% it was done and into wet dog through to the faints. The white dog is excellent rum but lacking the banana hints I was hoping for, even though I included almost all the heads (that is where the banana was) its on some French oak medium toast @ 65% which worked well for my agave spirit, so lets see where we come down in a couple of weeks. Maybe sitting and wooding will yield some surprises it sure did for the spiced rum I ran recently.
