Hello I'm a newbe

Postby Big Kev » Thu Jul 22, 2021 1:46 pm

Hi Im new to distilling and I own a T500, I have done 3 sugar washes and want to learn more about distilling. I live in The Snowy mountains of NSW, (bit cold at the moment) and I'm retired. I hope to try different recipes and maybe move to a pot still. I look forward to learn from the forum.

Welcome Big Kev
Lots of T500 users here that will be happy to help.
Look in the tried and true for a recipe you want to try they are all good and much of the extra gear you buy from the home brew shop you will find d is not necessary to get a quality product

Welcome Big Kev.

This will help you get the best from your T500.

I can recommend the WBAB wash recipe, it makes a cracking vodka when run through a still like yours.

Cheers,
