You really need to break those grains down first.
Try a blender with small amounts to get it to flour if you can.
There is a noticeable yield difference between cracked corn and flour, haven't even tried whole.
How easily can you eat mince vs a steak?
The husk around the grain is nature's armour, needs to be gone.
