The glass looks amazing mate, that is why I went that way rather than the stainless.
The parrot I find handy but it can add to smearing if it is not drained after each sample, I take 300 ml cuts so not an issue for me.
The biggest issue I think you will have is weight on the digiboil, with only a litre in it they can be unstable and tople over if weight is not directly above the boiler. The thin lid can also flex , a lot , and the extra weight of the parrot may be an issue. I would ask Stig before setting your heart on one :)
