Just a quick questino for ya mac, how much power are you throwing at your 6" to keep the plates going along nicely?

Some more pics

6" fill port is going to be awesome for filling & cleaning

3 element ports, knowing most people would only use 2 elements for heating, the other could be used as a side drain that's high enough to get a big bucket underneath.

Side on view, here you can see how easy it would be to use one of the element ports as a side drain.

My Boiler will be set up with 2 x 2400w elements & a 3600w that will be run through a controller, the still runs nice on 4800w but I'm trying out a few things running the still by power management. I want to overpower the reflux condenser in a controlled manner to adjust output speeds.

Cheers.

You don't need to settle on this design, I'm quite happy to work with customers who want to customise their boiler.

I'll be bringing in a few of these from time to time, as well as a similar down scaled 60 litre model as standard models, however generally they're all sold before they get here.

Cheers.
