Do as suggested and once you have half a boiler of hot liquids at about 80°c top it up with cold tap water to bring it back to 40ish, that wont melt too many fats.

Finally healed up my advice you a closed system drain. Or let cool before emptying or carrying any stillage. Keep safe people :handgestures-thumbupleft:
