I made a couple of bottles of "Still Spirits Top Shelf Tequila" a while back, and while the neutral is good the so called SSTS Tequila is rather ordinary IMO.
So rather than pay for these over rated cocktail slush buckets: https://www.urbanthirst.com/cocktail-mixes
...I'll use their ol'buckets and get a way better result.
Per rockmelon slushy bucket:
* Half a bottle of tequila
* 500ml water (2 cups)
* Sugar syrup as 250ml sugar (1 cup) with 250ml water (1 cup)
* Half a rockmellon (with seeds removed).
Blender/mix it all, place in bucket and freeze over night. Scoop out to a glass as a slush. The ladies love it. You could use vodka or white rum instead. Tastes excellent even before freezing.
