First Thing- I APOLOGIZE!I did NOT read through the entire thread to see if this video has been previously posted.
I did just refer to it in a welcome to new member PeteASP.
He has a new Air Still Pro and is trying to get away from TurboYeast.
My education has always taught me to run fast, run far from anything Turbo.
I saw this old video the other day from Bearded & Bored.
He appears to be following WineOs recipe and adds a twist when looking for a true neutral from a pot still.
I've mentioned before I'm an odd ball, degenerating from a copper part to a 750 W Vevor "Water Still".
For neutrals to make Gin or from Fruit macerations, this seems hopeful for a high ABV base.
For those who've run it, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
Second Apology. STILL not sure how to PROPERLY add a youtube link
