New yeast strains

Yeah that's pretty crazy, good find WTdist. Yeast is such a nice "cell factory" that with gene modification getting better I think it will be used to produce a lot of things. It's also crazy how much like "crappy meat" yeast smells like when you warm it up, with a bit of tuning they'll have it smelling like sirloin soon hopefully. ;)

Yeast is everywhere and so quickly able to reproduce. I'm sure there's a good middle east joke in there somewhere but luckily I'm not funny.
