Kefir Beer - sources of information

Anyone tried making kefir beer? I am trying to find some reliable sources of information on how to go about it.

Carol just frugle it and from the looks it wouldn't be on my list due to having a read about it, but for some it may be fine but for many they will stay a 1,000k's away :laughing-rolling:

Thanks Bryan Net search was not a lot of help. A friend is trying to make a sour beer with a Coopers kit and water kefir crystals. While it sounds interesting neither he (nor I) have any idea what we are doing. Not that it has stopped us before. Hoped the wise ones could help point us in the right direction.

Ps I am advised that fermentation of kerfir beer Mark 1 seems to be happening so that is a positive. Flavour so far has been described as a Vegemite and Raspberry Low Alcohol Beer. Coopers are missing an opportunity here,
