Just put a 30L fermenter of this down beside my usual tomato paste washes. The neutral from the tomato wash never seems quite right, just a bit more of an after taste or burn than a shop bought vodka, hopefully I'll notice a difference in the end product. It'll be run through a SS T500 :shock:
